Ralph CalelloMarketing/Vice President/Co-Owner
Ralph purchased Custom Discount Blinds in 2018 as a family venture. A top producer with Liberty Mutual Insurance for 29 years in sales and marketing, he also owned a moving business for 13 years in New Jersey which enjoyed great success. Ralph is dedicated and driven and always makes it across the finish line!

Joseph CalelloInstaller/President/Co-Owner
Joe joined Custom Discount Blinds in 2015. Prior to that, he owned his own company in New Jersey and worked in several other window treatment companies. With 23 years of industry experience, Joe can switch 'hats' in a moment's notice. In 2018, he purchased Custom Discount Blinds as a family venture. He remains the lead installer because it is his favorite 'hat' to wear!

Robin CalelloTreasurer/ Co-Owner
Robin is the third co-owner of Custom Discount Blinds. She ran her own successful appraisal company for 21 years and has over 29 years experience in business operation and personnel relations.

Lisa KelseyOffice Manager
Since joining Custom Discount Blinds in 1999 as a full-time employee, Lisa has transitioned into the role of office manager and is an indispensable member of our team. She began her career in custom window treatments as a home fashion department manager for a home improvement store. With 23 years of experience in the industry, there isn't much she doesn't know, but if she doesn't, she'll get you the answer!

Melissa WilsonSales Representative/Designer
Melissa has been with Custom Discount Blinds since 2016. She has worked in the window treatment industry for 15 years, at one time, owning her own franchise. She has industry certifications in Shutters, Motorization and Soft Window Treatments. With her vast product knowledge and her eye for design, Melissa will guide you towards the right window treatments to compliment your home and meet your objectives.
